Legends in the house! This Soultrain x Antigel night promises to be heavy, featuring two workhorses who have been behind the decks for three decades now. It began, as it often does, in Illinois with DJ Rahaan, a Chicago native who built himself a golden reputation in the 1990s to the point of being named best disco/house DJ and producer in the city. And he has rocked dancefloors the world over with his sound and virtuosity, from Japan to Australia via this stopover in Antigel. Far from being outdone in terms of dexterity, Ge-ology cut his teeth on the New York dance scene before working as a hip-hop producer with big shots such as Mos Def, Talib Kweli, De La Soul and Jill Scott for several years. His return behind the decks and to house began in 2015 with the track “Moon Circuitry”, a dance hit published on Theo Parrish’s label. This event promises to be a classic for all fans of the genre.
