For the second time running, Antigel and FLAG21 offer TRAINING SESSIONS to help you prepare for the Antigel RUN #4 which will take place on 26 January 2019. Training sessions are FREE OF CHARGE and take place at Park La Grange at 10 a.m. on 5, 12 and 19 January 2019. Four sports coaches for four different levels will be present to help you with your physical preparation. Each session will end with some snacks and a hot drink. Training sessions will be carried out in association with FLAG21 which works towards the integration of migrants through sports.

1KM Children 6-9 years old / 2010-2013 / 15:30 / Free Reservation in the name of the child is required

1KM Pupils 10-13 years old / 2006-2009 / 15:35 / CHF 15

2KM Juniors 13-17 years old / 2002-2005 / 15:50 / CHF 15

10KM Adults 16+ years old / 1900-2003 / 16:20 / CHF 25

5KM: LIGHT RACE 5+ years old / Free for 5-9 years old / 18:00 / CHF 25 for 10+ years old. Children up to 15 years old must be accompanied by an adult. For the Light Race, we strongly advise you to bring a headlamp, and don’t forget to wear your brightest clothes!

 

WARM-UP

A collective warm-up session with music, led by sports coaches from Flag21, will take place right before the Light Race in a playful and festive atmosphere.
